The new "Einix" Taxibank system has a secure web-based client extranet that once logged in, enables a client to fulfil the following tasks, some of which will be restricted to certain nominated users within the client account:

* Check the status of a booking (e.g. awaiting placement with an operator, placed with xyz cars limited etc)
* Run pre-defined account usage reports
* Create ad-hoc usage reports
* Download an electronic copy of previous invoices
* Create, amend and close complaints
* See complaint responses provided by Taxibank
* Read client memos sent by Taxibank
* Manage client contact details
* Upload cost centres
* Request information from Taxibank
