Q Do you integrate with any systems like SAP?
A

The Taxibank Einix system is able to link directly into your expense management system through the use of XML. Several of our clients already have periodical feeds of data that they use with their expense management systems such as Oracle and SAP.


Q Can you help with compliance policies?

Yes, by using the Taxibank system you can enforce your specific compliance policies through features such as maximum job spend.

Q Are you open all the time?
A

Taxibank conduct booking and customer service functions by telephone, facsimile and online methods from its call centre in Plymouth 24 hours a day, seven days a week including all bank holidays. Taxis can be booked for dispatch at any time, although, at certain times during the early hours taxis will take longer to provision in some locations.

Full booking and customer service facilities are available to all clients during these hours including quotes, queries, complaints and customer feedback.

The Taxibank accounts team operates between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours accounts queries can be recorded by members of the booking team and passed through ready for action within normal office hours.


Q Do I get a booking confirmation?
A Yes all booking have a confirmation with unique reference number.

Q How do you invoice me?
A Invoices are sent out monthly will full account and journey details attached.

Q Can you provide me with backup details for journeys on my account?
A Yes, backup details can be obtained via the phone or via the online client extranet.

Q Do I need to pay the driver cash?
A No, all Taxibank transaction are cashless. All journeys are added to your monthly account.

Q Where can I book a taxi?
A

With Taxibank, you can place orders in 5 ways:

  • By e-mail
  • By phone
  • By fax
  • At Ticket Desk 13, Main terminal, Edinburgh Airport

When a booking or quotation request is received, its placed in a job queue based on priority. Factors that affect the time it takes to place a job include requested pick up time, any special requirements, the location of the pick up, and the number of passengers.

A member of the Taxibank booking team then checks that the correct client information is available, and proceeds to book the journey. If any information is incomplete, he or she will contact the client.
