As part of the provisioning process you are issued with a sub-contractor agreement (Annex A) which covers all areas of responsibility and forms for them to submit with operators licence and insurance details.

All operators who wish to supply Taxibank must sign this agreement prior to commencing service with us.

Once we have the signed copy of the agreement returned to us we will start to place bookings with you. At the time of placing the booking the Taxibank operator will tell you the price we offer for the job - we work on mileage and not metered fares.

Once you have completed the job you have 24 hours to inform us (usually by fax) of any amendments to the journey. Generally, any changes to the journey such as a change of destination must be authorised by Taxibank before they occur.
